Cake Liner

Cake Liner is a classic product that Valerie adores and feels people and artists do not use enough! Wet the tip of your Wet Liner Brush, swirl it in the powder, and apply. You control how wet or dry you want your liner to be in order to get the look you want. Valerie also loves smudging this liner dry with her Dry Liner Brush to finish the look.
